Tudor Training Academy are an IT training and apprenticeship provider that are based in the West Midlands. They required a modern site that could present the courses and training they had to offer in an easy to understand fashion. The website was also required to be able to advertise apprenticeships, including currently available vacancies.
We created a WordPress-based website with a stylish slider and all of the features they requested; with their courses available from a categorised view. The website contains all of the information they have to offer to the public; with it being easy for the administrators to add new courses with all the relevant details such as length and price.
One challenge we experienced was the lack of any interface in which to display apprenticeship vacancies without navigating to the official government website. To overcome this challenge, we developed a plugin that fetches the page, searches for the content, dates and URLs and re-compiles it into a table for our own use, caching the results to retain a speedy site.
